Contact Improvisation is a relational form of dance exploring what happens when two or more bodies share weight and attention. Dialogue through touch creates a dynamic interplay between momentum and support that can be both playful and poignant.

Norwich CI Class and Jams
Last Saturday of every month
Each session begins with a led class where you will learn embodied techniques and improvisational structures to support dancing in duets, solos and as a group. The last hour will be a facilitated jam space with live musicians who will respond to the dancing.
Beginners and all levels of experience are welcome.
